Leading the foundational research for a 0→1 agentic AI product that is defining how startups and enterprises trust AI agents to act on their behalf
I lead the foundational generative and evaluative UX research for the Deployment Agent, which focuses on the trust, control, and human-oversight challenges at the heart of agentic deployment. At the core of my research program I focus on the opportunities and challenges of deploying holistic cloud workloads with an AI agent, which is the crux for adoption and autonomous AI actions. When I started this was uncharted territory with no established playbook. I defined the research questions, ran the studies that shaped how we approached these problems, and presented the findings to executive leadership.
As a research lead, I shaped human–AI interaction patterns that propagated across Azure Copilot's agent suite, and with my team took an idea from concept to a product announced in preview at the Microsoft Ignite 2025 keynote.
